The Application Process

Local planning officer is assigned to assess application. They visit or view the site, review local planning policies, design guidance, and neighbours comments, consult internal departments, summarise the proposal, issues, and provide recommendations.

Decision

The council will issue a Decision Notice and the project will be approved (possibly with conditions), or refused (with reasons).
